Altstadt’s opened its doors in April of 1964 as a printing and business forms distributor located in Evansville, Indiana. Its founder, C.J. Altstadt Jr. had previously worked for Moore Business Forms. Mr. Altstadt developed many of the strong relationships with the local businesses that the company enjoys today.
Following the late Mr. Altstadt, Mark Altstadt and Connie Altstadt Woehler carried on the family business and realized early on the commitments to customer service and satisfaction that their father started almost 60 years ago.
Altstadt’s will continue for years to come with the emergence of the third generation, that include Mark Altstadt’s two daughters and now owners, April and Heather. April specializes in Sales, while Heather is in Accounts Payable. Mark's son-in-law Jason, the Warehouse Manager, has now adopted the role of President.
